Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları A.Ş. announced its material event disclosure regarding the franchise operations acquisition. Related with the company’s growth strategies and for increasing the penetration in market channel, Bizim Toptan acquired franchising operations of Şok Marketler Ticaret A.Ş (‘’Şok Marketler’’) which is composed of 196 stores, their all rights and fixed assets for TRY 30 mn + VAT.
